PSYCH-K is about (amongst other things) changing your limiting beliefs, free your mind. Limiting beliefs could be found everywhere in our lives. Well, better said – they could be found in every aspect of our lives. Meaning – love, relationships, work, friends, family and what have you. In my experience, countless times the most dominant limiting beliefs a person could hold, relates to the self perception/feeling of unworthiness.
What do I mean by that?
When it comes to breaking-down a state of mind/feeling/perception/interpretation of someone towards their lives, many times it will keep going back to the most basic feeling of worthiness. Being worthy of love, respect, love, success, dreams, living up to their full potential or anything else.
It doesn’t end there. Usually, holding a belief of being unworthy will be escorted with other feelings like: self loathing, anger, shame, frustration, etc. It is a lot to take on. Living with these beliefs and feeling is a lot. Too much for most people. Rightfully. Now, at this stage it boils down to a choice one has to make – what do I want to do with this?
One of the many reasons I love PSYCH-K so much is its pragmatic approach. Look within, understand the beliefs that are holding you back, change and celebrate. Sounds too easy? Well, it is as simple as that. Yep, a very common belief is that change takes a long time… PSYCH-K is the living proof that it doesn’t.
So, it’s your turn – look within, what are your limiting beliefs? The celebration is just around the corner – after you change them…
