Anyone who works in the internet business knows that the Gods-of-SEO demand that you’d put new content on a daily basis – the more the better. Well, I believe I’ve managed to make those Gods extremely angry, as it’s been a while since I’ve last posted on the blog. I guess I’ll have to see what will happen, that’s what living-on-the-edge is all about, right?
I have nothing against content, on the contrary – this used to be my daily job before I decided I want to be a full-time practitioner, so I have nothing but my utmost respect to those who create content on a daily basis – it’s a hard job! I guess I’m excusing myself in front of the Gods (and you) by being super-busy. I hope they’ll accept it.
We live in a fast paced world. We want everything to happen now, immediately, ‘as we speak’. We rarely read the internet, we usually browse through it, expecting the important stuff to pop right out. A split second and ‘we got it’. The job of the content people these days, is ever so challenging – get the message across in less than 20 words.
As a practitioner, I didn’t agree to put up with these rules. Heck, we’re talking about a deep and profound process here, I’d be disrespecting the technique, my clients and myself if I try to shrink it to a cool-funky slogan.
But life, as we know, has its lessons. And I, just like everybody else, have my lessons to learn too. Ever since I became a practitioner, I’ve been asked to sum up Rebirthing Breathwork in one sentence. I’ve always refused. I’m learning now, that even one sentence can inspire and motivate people, and there’s nothing disrespecting about that, as long as it comes from an authentic, honest place. Well, it does.
So here we go-
Rebirthing Breathwork is a journey in which we utilise our breath as the tool to release the bad, relax, explore within, feel alive and free as we shine throughout!
If you want to find out more, you’ll just have to try it out 😉
