Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
Your privacy matters. This policy explains, in plain language, what limited information this website handles and how it is treated.
The Short Version
Practice of Mind is a simple, informational website. I do not sell your data, I do not track you across the web, and I do not build advertising profiles. The only information collected is what you choose to send me directly through the contact form.
Information You Provide
When you use the contact form, you provide your name, email address, and the message you write. This information is used solely to read and respond to your enquiry. It is not shared with third parties for marketing, and it is not used for any purpose other than communicating with you.
Cookies
This website uses only essential cookies needed for it to function properly and securely, for example the cookies used by Google reCAPTCHA to protect the contact form from spam. These are necessary for the site to work as intended.
The site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies to profile you.
Third-Party Content
Some pages include content hosted by third parties, such as videos embedded from YouTube and Vimeo. When you view these, the respective providers may set their own cookies or collect data according to their own privacy policies. You are only affected by these if you interact with that embedded content.
How Your Information Is Kept
Contact form submissions are stored securely and are accessible only to me. I keep them only as long as needed to respond to and manage your enquiry.
Your Rights
You have the right to ask what information I hold about you, to request a copy of it, or to ask that it be corrected or deleted. To make any such request, simply get in touch (see below).
Contact
If you have any questions about this policy or about your information, you’re welcome to reach me at orli@practiceofmind.com or through the contact page.
