Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know which modality is right for me?
You don’t have to. If you’re unsure where to begin, you’re welcome to book a complimentary 20-minute introductory call. We’ll briefly explore what brings you here, what you’re hoping to change, and which approach may be the best fit for you. The final choice will always be yours.
What if I’m not sure what I need?
That’s completely okay. Many people arrive with a feeling rather than a clear goal. You don’t need to know which modality to choose before reaching out. A complimentary 20-minute introductory call can help you gain clarity and decide how you’d like to move forward. You’re always welcome to get in touch.
How do I know it’s worth the investment?
Only you can answer that. Meaningful inner work isn’t an expense to me. It’s an investment in the way you experience your life, your relationships, your choices, and yourself. I intentionally work with a limited number of people so I can offer each person my full attention, presence, and commitment. If you’re looking for the lowest price, there are many wonderful practitioners to choose from. If you’re looking for thoughtful, personalized work, and you’re ready to genuinely engage in your own process, then this investment may be one of the most valuable you’ll ever make. You can see all options on the Price List.
What if I’m skeptical?
You’re welcome exactly as you are. Curiosity is far more important than belief. You don’t have to accept any particular philosophy or worldview to work with me. You don’t even have to know what you believe. You only need an open mind and a genuine curiosity to explore.
What if nothing changes?
That’s an honest question. No ethical practitioner can promise transformation. Real change depends on many factors, including your willingness to engage with the process and the choices you make afterward. What I can promise is that I’ll bring my full presence, experience, honesty, and commitment to our work together.
What if I’ve already tried other approaches?
Many of the people I work with have. Some have spent years in therapy. Some have explored coaching, meditation, psychotherapy, or other healing modalities. Every experience contributes something valuable. This isn’t about starting over. It’s about discovering what may help you move forward from where you are today.
Can I combine different modalities?
Absolutely. In fact, many people do. You may begin with one modality and later feel drawn to another. Or you may choose one of the journeys that thoughtfully combines different approaches. Every path is different. You can explore the combined journeys on the Price List.
What if I’ve already had an Akashic Records Reading?
That’s perfectly fine. If you’ve already experienced an Akashic Records Reading, any journey that includes one can be adapted. You may choose to replace it with an additional PSYCH-K® session or a 49-grid, depending on what feels most supportive for your process.
What if my psychedelic experience happened months or even years ago?
Integration has no expiration date. Some experiences take time before we’re ready to understand them. Whether your ceremony was recent or happened years ago, meaningful integration can begin whenever you’re ready to explore it.
How do I know if we’re the right fit?
Trust yourself. As you explore these pages, notice what resonates. Notice what doesn’t. If something here feels aligned, that’s worth paying attention to. And remember, you don’t have to commit to a longer journey from the beginning. You can always start with a single session. Sometimes the experience itself is the clearest answer.
Is everything we discuss confidential?
Yes. Everything shared during our sessions is treated with the utmost respect and confidentiality. Creating a safe, trusting space is an essential part of the work we do together.
What if I become emotional during a session?
You’re human. Emotions are not a problem to fix or something to be embarrassed about. Whatever arises, we’ll meet it with curiosity, compassion, and respect.
Do I have to choose a journey, or can I simply book a single session?
You can absolutely begin with a single session. There’s no expectation or pressure to commit to a longer journey. Sometimes one session is exactly what’s needed. Sometimes it naturally leads to deeper work. We’ll let your experience guide the next step. You can see single sessions and journeys on the Price List.
How much time should I leave between sessions?
There isn’t a single answer. Some people benefit from meeting weekly. Others need a little more space between sessions. What matters is not using “processing” as a way to postpone the work indefinitely. If something important has been opened, it’s usually better not to wait too long before continuing. Together we’ll find a rhythm that gives the experience time to settle without letting delay become avoidance.
Can I work with you if I’m already seeing a therapist?
Absolutely. Many people combine psychotherapy with the work we do together. The approaches are different, but they can complement one another beautifully. It’s an additional resource that may support your personal growth and integration.
Will you tell me what to do?
No. I won’t tell you how to live your life or make decisions on your behalf. I’m here to offer perspective, ask thoughtful questions, and support you as you discover what feels true and aligned for you. Your life. Your choices. Your sovereignty.
What if I’m afraid of what I’ll discover?
That’s more common than you might imagine. Meaningful change often begins with uncertainty. You don’t have to force anything or move faster than you’re ready for. We’ll work at a pace that feels respectful, grounded, and supportive.
Why do you work online?
Working online allows us to meet wherever you are in the world, while you remain in the comfort and familiarity of your own environment. For many people, that sense of safety and ease allows the work to unfold more naturally.
